  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom items are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Email us at contact@zoyalorraine.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Step 2: We will provide a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship your item back.
  • Step 3: Pack your item securely and send it back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Please note: We recommend retaining proof of shipment until your return is processed.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5-7 business days. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees paid at checkout unless the return was due to an error on our part.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirming your refund once it has been processed.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of the item you want.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@zoyalorraine.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
