1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed but may be accommodated if contacted immediately at contact@zoyalorraine.com.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day for orders placed before 12 PM (Pacific Time).

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like carrier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50
  • Expedited Shipping: $100 for more than 100km
  • Next-Day Shipping: Free for orders above $150

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our services and hope to serve international customers soon.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Zoya Lorraine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time:

  • Check the tracking information for updates.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Zoya Lorraine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. For such cases, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
